Westbound & Down is opening a new brewpub in Aspen Co. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about great craft beer, amazing food, excellent guest service, and being a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean the dishwasher area
- Run plates and cooking supplies to their proper stations
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
